Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
